We will gladly exchange an item within 14 days of your purchase. Exchanges for equal value only. Please note you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Any item purchased from us directly applies to this policy. If you have purchased the item from one of the many boutiques that carry Fabulina, please contact the boutique directly.
If you receive a damaged or defective item please immediately contact customer service at email@example.com within 6 days of delivery. Please send us a picture of the broken item. We guarantee that any damaged item upon arrival will be replaced. If the item is one-of-a-kind or out-of-stock we will offer a full refund.
We will provide a return shipping label for the item to be mailed back to us. Once the item is returned we will ship the replacement and process a full refund.
