Return Policy
All Fabulina Designs retail site sales are final. No refunds for any purchases unless special circumstance arise. Please make your selection carefully.
We will gladly exchange an item within 14 days of your purchase. Exchanges for equal value only. Please note you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Any item purchased from us directly applies to this policy. If you have purchased the item from one of the many boutiques that carry Fabulina, please contact the boutique directly.
If you receive a damaged or defective item please immediately contact customer service at info@fabulinadesigns.com within 6 days of delivery. Please send us a picture of the broken item. We guarantee that any damaged item upon arrival will be replaced. If the item is one-of-a-kind or out-of-stock we will offer a full refund.
We will provide a return shipping label for the item to be mailed back to us. Once the item is returned we will ship the replacement and process a full refund.
Shipping
We ship all purchases within two business days and always package with care. Please note the following: Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Thank you. Please note that due to COVID-19 there may be a delay in shipping. All jewelry boxes are sanitized. We ship with USPS and UPS.
