If you receive a damaged or defective item please immediately contact customer service at info@fabulinadesigns.com within 6 days of delivery. Please send us a picture of the broken item. We guarantee that any damaged item upon arrival will be replaced. If the item is one-of-a-kind or out-of-stock we will offer a full refund.
We will provide a return shipping label for the item to be mailed back to us. Once the item is returned we will ship the replacement and process a full refund.
